• Tallow, soaps, and lotions can be refunded or exchanged only if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

• If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, even if opened, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

• Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Return Shipping:
